To set-up your prepaid low cost telephone account, please call 0208 904 3336 and give your credit/debit card details (we do not accept electron cards, Amex and Diners Club). You can start using our service within 20 minutes.
Alternatively you can fill in our standard application form and send it to us with your cheque or postal orders made payable to "Zaf Telecom Ltd". Please allow 5 working days to clear cheques. Once the payment is cleared we will ring to advise you of your account details.
If you do not have a bank account, please go to any Barclays branch and deposit cash in our account and then call us on 0208 904 3336. We will take all the details and set-up your account.
How the Service Works?
Please dial our access number 0800 786 9 786, or simply dial 18831 (BT Customers only). The system will request to enter the PIN.
Enter your PIN Number and a connecting prompt will be given.
Dial your destination number. For example, for international calls, you will dial (00)+(Country code)+(City Code)+(Destination number. For UK London, dial (0208)/(0207)+(number). Similarly for UK National dial (city code)+(number).
Calling from a Mobile: Please dial 0203 387 1000 as your access number. Your mobile service provider may charge for dialling the 0203 number and this will appear on your mobile phone bill depending on your contract. Do not press the Yes or send key after dialling your destination number.
